Harvesting Scheduler
Navigating to this tab, user is able to see the current maturity stage of the crop from seeding up to period when the crop is ready for harvesting. The tool implements weather historic data for the estimation of the growing degree days, model-based weather forecasting, as well as correction factors from satellite data and field's history. Harvesting scheduler is provided for six (6) crops, including:
Cotton
-Planting to emergence -Square to flower -Emergence to first square -Planting to first flower -Flower to open boll -Planting to harvest ready
Corn
-Planting to emergence -Planting to 6 collars -Planting to 12 collars -Planting to last tassel -Planting to silking -Planting to harvest ready
Wheat (Durum)
-Emergence -Leaf development -Tillering -Stem elongation -Anthesis -Seed fill -Dough stage -Maturity complete
Oil seeds-Soybean
-planting to emergence -planting to 50% flowering(R1) -planting to 100% flowering(R2) -planting to pod formation(R3) -planting to physiological maturity
Oil seeds-Sunflower
-emergence -vegetative emergence -bud visible -immature bud -first flowering -50% flowering -last flowering
-Physiological maturity(R9)
Other cereals-Barley
-emergence -leaf development -tillering -stem elongation -anthesis -dough stage -maturity complete
